Hobbies

Well personally I have a lot of hobbies, thigs that I love to do in differents moments, but there is one kind of hobbies that have something in common, the Sport like go to the gym for have a good physical condition or play football with my friends the most of the time for have fun. I practice sports since I was a little boy so this hobbies help me very much to shape my personality, they teach me discipline for do difficult things also teach me constancy and perseverance to overcome the differents sports problems. Now in the real life that is very important to overcome very difficult problems, for example the university, and with that skills I can be a better person.

Other hobbie that I have is the dance, this is a new hobbie because when I was a child the dance was very difficult for me, remember that I am a man so I am a little stiff, but now in the university mi friend Natalia invited me to take classes of salsa and this was the best, the first class the dance steps weren't very hard but with the past of the time the difficulty was increasing so I had to practice very much and now Im a very good dancer. This hobbie gived to me the confidence for do things a little shameful but with the time are very good things.

Other hobbie is go out with my firends and have a good time. I love this because I can meet new people, go to the disco to dance and do funny things. This is a very good hobbie because teach me to relate me with other people and have a lot of friends, one of the things most important in the life... the friends. Well that was all bye.

Holiday destinations (with mark)

Well about the holiday destinations, one of my favorite holidays in the past was when I and some friends went to Pucon, a place in the south of the country. Went arround fifteen friends between boys and girls in the summer of 2007. The place and the landscape is beautifull, with amazing forests, bush and lakes. The people is very firendly even the tourists, we have to remember that Pucon is a very famous place so a lot of tourist go there for past his holidays. I with my friends went to parties, walk a lot of for appreciate the differents landscapes... definitely that was one of my best holidays.

Now, for the next summer holidays I have a lot of plans. First have some time with my family, in the past we have gone to differents places like La Serena, Pucón, El Canelo, Iquique but for the next travel I only hope we are all together and recovery the time that we have lost during the year, remember that with my and my sister studies and the job of my parents the time for have fun is very short.

Moreover, second of all the most probably is that with some friends of the university of my career, physical therapy, go to the beach for the next holidays maybe the place will be La Serena or El Kisco, but the place doesn't matter the most important is have a good time and go to a lot of parties.

For end in general, the kind of place that I love for my holidays is the beach, the best place in all the planet. I think that the beach is the best place because we can do a lot of things there, like swim or browse, or use aquatic sky and ride differents aquatic transports. In the sand we can do differents things like build beautifull sandcastles, make sand wars or dig a hole or simply take sun and get a good tan, so the beach is a perfect place for the family and the friends. Scientists decode human genome's instruction manual

Ten years ago the scientific community deciphered the real human genome but now the big problem is how all this genes, about 25.000, work togheter to make that the human body can exist and live. Actually scientists in California published the first manual that explains how the genetic work and they think that it can be used for know what things of our actually life is wrong like who smoked as youngsters may cause that his grandchildren have a puberty early , or for heal the cancer, the SIDA and mental disorders for example the schizophrenia.

Other problem that the scientific community have is descover the "Epigenoma" it is the mehcanism that our body use for make differents cells, almost two hundred differents cells but actually only have a vague idea. A team led by Joseph Ecker at the Salk Institute in La Jolla, California now is working with stem cells and diseased cells comparing the epigenoma of them. The team of Mr. Ecker said to the journal Nature that this information is extremely valuable.

Scientists like Stefan Beck and Ryan Lister say that we only have idea of the epigenoma but the first fruits of the project are coming out.

For finish, the most important objetive of discover the Epigenoma is that with this we can know all the differents between diseased and a normal cell and fix it healing a lot of diseases.

-> What to do in Santiago <-

Well when a foreign come here to Santiago, the principal place of Chile because it is the capital of the country, can visit different places where can past a good time. Specifically, at the moment of take the choice of wich place visit you have to think in what things do you want to do. For example if you are a young man can go to Suecia or Bellavista, this are very good places for enjoy a party and meet new people. Or if you are here with your family can go to different places like El cerro Santa Lucía where you can enjoy a beautifull landscape of all the city or go to El cerro San Cristobal, where you can find an amazin zoo with beautifull and wild animals.

Other option is that if you want to see the city can walk for the streets or use the subway for go anywhere, if you want to do this I recommend you visit the center of Santiago, here the Plaza de Armas, the Central Mail, the Municipalidad of Santiago and the principal street of the city La Alameda Bdo. Ohiggins

Other importan place here in Santiago, especially for the sports are the different centers for the sky and the snowboard or any "white sport", exist different centers like El colorado or Valle nevado. Well that was only a little resume of the things that you can do here in Santiago. Bye!

-> The Role of Music <-

The music one of the most beautifull things in the world, have a very important place in my life. For me the music, is one of the things that can clear my mind when I am anxious. With the music I can change bored moments for funny moments so the music is important in all the acitivities of the day.

I like to listen all kind of music, don´t have one style in especial, I think that if I have one in especial in some way I am closed to other music, moreover I think that the different styles have very good songs so I listen everyone of them. I get the music principally from internet, the most easy and cheap place where you can download music to you laptop.

Well, for the differents moments I listen different styles of music, for example when I am studying try to listen soft music for be concentrated. In happy moments I listen all types of music, and in sad moments try to listen happy music and funny for left the things that make bad. Well that was all. Bye

Transantiago, before and after

Well, the new system of transport here in Santiago is the "Transantiago". I think that the new system is better that the last system, because in the past especially for the students, the drivers was very bad with them, never stop and was rude with them. Other thing is that the past system we had to pay with coins or banknotes but now we have the "Tarjeta BIP", is like a credit card but especially for the public transport.

When the "Transantiago" was implemented in the city, was horrible , nobody knew what to do. In the street were few buses, insufficient for all the people. Nobody knew hoy use the Tarjeta BIP, the frecuency was very bad, the buses stop changed, everything was new and we had little information. But now is better, so much better. We have the necesary information, and the practice for use the Transantiago.

Now the things that I would change to make the system better are very few, because the principal problem, the frecuency, is better. The principal thing that I would change is not the system, is the culture of society, because now nobody pay the passage and don't care the buses.
